Chris joined Folkestone Rescue in 2013. As a support staff member, Chris is Responsible for assisting Folkestone Rescue in its mission of keeping people safe on the coastline by providing non-operational support. This may include tasks such as administration, fundraising, event support, community engagement, and general behind-the-scenes assistance.

Experience

Chris has volunteered with Folkestone Rescue for 13 years. He is a certified level 2 powerboat helmsman (RYA) and a trained lifeguard.

About Chris

Chris previously served for two years with the Royal Navy section of the Combined Cadet Force. He lives and works in Folkestone, running Kip Films and Folkestone’s Silver Screen Cinema.
