Incident: RTC at Captain’s Table Cafe, 21st June 2014

Kent Air Ambulance on the Stade.

Today, crew from Folkestone Rescue were called by members of the public to the Captain’s Table Cafe on the Stade, where the cafe owner had been struck by a vehicle outside and seriously injured.

Folkestone Rescue crew provided assistance at the scene while emergency personnel worked on the casualty, and helped to clear public from Sunny Sands beach and the Stade to create a landing area for the Kent Air Ambulance. The casualty was then flown to a London hospital for surgery and further treatment.
